Reventón, stealth fighter jet that looks like a car.

Sometime ago, when my iTunes automatically downloaded a video podcast titled Reventón and transferred it into my iPod, I was wondering what the hell was it on the video. It was a car with solid grey paint that literally looked like a stealth fighter jet. It got me to google the name to find further information.




Apparently, it is Lamborghini’s latest supercar that redefines the word ‘supercar’. It does not look like any other super car or even concept car. Previously, I always put Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang in my wish list. Now, the US$ 1.6 million F-22 Raptor-designed monster has won my heart. The design of the car’s every single element claimed to be inspired by the jet fighter (the solid grey colour, the headlamp, the arrow-shaped brake lamp, the speedometer) adds a mysterious feeling to it. And I just love it. Lamborghini plans to build only 20 units of this vehicle which all have been booked by some lucky people in the US, Europe and Dubai. While we haven’t got the privilege to drive this car now, let’s enjoy admiring its look.

And here are the things I want to do this year:

1. What gets out to be 10kg heavier than what gets in.
2. Join prestigious international advertising awards.
3. Get a job as a writer (with the working permit).
4. Win metal at Kancil Awards (not the student one).
5. Go to a place(s) I've never been to before (hopefully Medan and Sydney).
6. Give more value to people around me.

The list will go on and on until the end of this year. And we'll see how many I can actually achieve.

2007

Finally I'm able to make time to write this down. Here are things I achieved in 2007; things I have never done before:

1. Did training, english course, and school at the same time.
2. Subscribed to Time and Fortune magazine.
3. Built a decent portfolio.
4. Brought my dog to Melaka.
5. Told my lecturers that the modules they were teaching were useless.
6. Got 2 B+ on my final result.
7. Won my first few advertising and design awards.
8. Internships
9. Got a job offer.
10. Got my girlfriend a flower.
